Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Jack-Up Piling Foreman with strong expertise in Reverse Circulation Drilling (RCD) piles to oversee piling activities on a jack-up barge for an LNG jetty construction project in the UAE. The successful candidate will supervise daily piling operations, manage crew performance, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate closely with engineers and marine teams to achieve production targets and high-quality installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise RCD piling operations on a jack-up barge.
• Coordinate with engineers, survey, and marine teams for pile positioning and sequencing.
• Manage piling crew and ensure safe work practices.
• Monitor drilling parameters, pile verticality, and quality compliance.
• Oversee equipment setup, operation, and basic maintenance.
• Prepare daily reports and production records.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of marine piling experience in RCD piling.
• Proven experience working on jack-up barges for jetty or marine infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of RCD drilling, large-diameter piles, and marine HSSE standards.
• Good leadership and communication skills
