Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Marine Foreman to oversee the construction of a 10 km breakwater project in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with the installation and maintenance of Accropode units on large-scale breakwater projects. This role requires a strong understanding of marine construction processes and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the installation of Accropode units, ensuring compliance.
• Supervise daily marine construction activities related to the breakwater project.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Marine Foreman on large-scale marine projects, specifically breakwaters.
• Extensive knowledge of Accropode technology and its application in breakwater construction.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with construction methodologies, safety protocols, and relevant regulations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marine construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Direct experience working on breakwater projects using Accropode is essential.
