Position Overview: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of a 10km breakwater. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marine construction, particularly in breakwater projects involving accropode placing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of the 10km breakwater project from planning through execution and completion.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project operations.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress and prepare regular reports on project status and performance.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing breakwater projects, specifically with accropode placement.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the marine construction sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in the design and construction of breakwaters.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and practices.
